In Arran’s current role as Director of Detection & Response at WithSecure, he is responsible for the technical development and service output of WithSecure Countercept, a world leading Managed Detection & Response (MDR) service. Currently, this involves constantly refining and improving Countercept’s MDR offering to ensure consistent detection of the most advanced threats. During his time at WithSecure, now more than 6 years, Arran has led the response to countless incidents involving a variety of threat actors and differing levels of attack sophistication.

A French and Swiss citizen, Dimitri Chichlo started his career in Ukraine in 2004, then moved to Switzerland in 2009, working mainly for international financial institutions in the fields of operational risk and cybersecurity. In 2017, he completed an Executive MBA at INSEAD. Derek is an experienced leader with over 20 years of professional experience in cyber security and risk management. He is currently the CISO for Deliveroo, where he is developing and implementing a security strategy and roadmap to support the company’s ambitious goals. Prior to Deliveroo, Derek was the Chief Security Officer for TalkTalk, where he joined post their cyber attack in 2015 to rebuild the brand and protect TalkTalk’s critical infrastructure, assets, and customer data. He is also currently the CISO Advisor for Square Enix West, where he is helping build and steer their cyber security programme, and on the Advisory Panel for AND Digital overseeing their Cyber Security strategy.

Leong Boon is currently the Head of IT Security at NUS Information Technology, responsible for security governance, risk management, security operations, incident response and user awareness across the entire University.
He has 20 years of experience in cybersecurity, with a keen interest in security incident handling and response. During his 12 years in NUS, he has led many investigations for major cybersecurity incidents, including an APT attack on local universities in 2017.
