Hosted on Monday 28 April 2025 at 12:30 pm PT, Pulse Conferences (the CISO 360 conference organisers,) together with Eskenzi PR (the Global Cybersecurity PR agency) and memoryBlue (one of the world’s biggest lead gen companies) will be hosting a networking lunch and fireside chat with some of the very coolest CISOs and CMOs – true movers and shakers in their field so we can understand and discuss topics and collaborate in an exclusive, high-impact setting!

We will collaborate and bond over wonderful wontons and Kung Pao chicken at the famous restaurant, Fang – only a 4-minute walk from the Moscone Center.  Fang is one of San Francisco’s finest Chinese restaurants. The owner, Kathy Fang, stars in the 2022 Food Network Docuseries ‘Chef Dynasty: House of Fang’, let’s just say the food and ambience is pretty amazing!

The Fang family has been at the forefront of Chinese cuisine in San Francisco since opening their first restaurant, House of Nanking, on Kearny Street in 1988. Kathy Fang is an award winning chef, cookbook author, and television personality. A first generation Asian American and mother of two, she is known for her modern approach to creating simple, healthy Asian recipes for home cooks, and inspiring others to embrace their heritage through food and entertaining. Kathy makes frequent appearances on national culinary shows and competitions—including staring in the Food Network docuseries “Chef Dynasty: House of Fang”—and has worked with major brands and organizations in the travel, lifestyle and non-profit sectors. In 2009, Kathy and her father Peter Fang opened Fang Restaurant in San Francisco’s SOMA neighborhood. As Executive Chef and co-owner, Kathy blends her family’s Cantonese and Shanghainese heritage and cooking style with her own inspiration drawn from her perspective as a native San Franciscan, her global travels, and her formal training at the esteemed Le Cordon Bleu Culinary School.

Cindy Zhou, Chief Marketing Officer, KnowBe4

Cindy Zhou is an award-winning global executive serving as the Chief Marketing Officer of KnowBe4. With over 20 years of experience in B2B marketing, cybersecurity, revenue operations, and sales development, Cindy has a proven track record of building high-impact marketing organizations that drive qualified leads, robust sales pipelines, industry awareness, and customer loyalty.  As CMO of KnowBe4, Cindy continues to leverage her extensive experience and industry insights to elevate the company’s market presence and drive growth in the ever-evolving cybersecurity industry. Cindy’s approach combines strategic vision with practical execution, enabling her to develop and implement marketing strategies that align with business objectives and drive measurable outcomes. Prior to KnowBe4, Cindy has successfully led marketing transformation initiatives at various technology companies, including LogRhythm, IBM, and Verizon.  A passionate advocate for women in technology and cybersecurity, Cindy’s contributions have been widely recognized in the industry. She has been named a Star CMO by DCA Live in 2023, 2021, and 2019. She was also named a Top 101 B2B Marketing Influencers by CMO Huddles in 2023, and a finalist for the CMO Club Customer Experience Award in 2021. Cindy earned an MBA from Louisiana State University and a BA from the University of Maryland. 

Shashi Kiran, Chief Marketing Officer, Check Point Software

Shashi Kiran serves as the CMO at Check Point Software Technologies. In this role he oversees a talented global marketing organization with a charter to elevate the company’s brand, drive growth and foster customer intimacy. He has 25+ years of global experience as a marketing and technology executive in B2B companies like Broadcom, VMware, Cisco and Nortel leading large multi-billion-dollar portfolios. In addition, he has served as the CMO for several multi-stage venture-backed private companies building hi-impact teams and fueling growth. Shashi also serves on the advisory boards of innovative startups and incubators in the security, AI and cloud infrastructure space. Shashi holds a Bachelor’s degree in Electronics Engineering and an MBA in Marketing, along with executive education stints from Stanford, Harvard and MIT.

Gary Hayslip, Global CISO, SoftBank Investment Advisers

Gary is a seasoned Global Chief Information Security Officer with a proven track record of implementing innovative security programs across start-ups and multi-billion-dollar enterprises. Known for strategic planning, risk mitigation, and team building, he excels in delivering security solutions that drive growth and protect assets. At SoftBank Investment Advisors, he developed a security program to protect a zero-trust, cloud-first architecture for 1,400 employees across 15 countries, enabling employees to access data securely anytime, anywhere. In his current role, he is principal architect of cybersecurity initiatives for a $200B+ global investment fund with 560+ portfolio companies, developing and negotiating long-term strategies to identify threats, mitigate risks, and promote scalable security architectures and he leveraged the NIST CSF framework to conduct comprehensive internal audits and establish a working 24-month strategic roadmap. Gary serves on the board of directors or in advisory roles for several private cybersecurity-related organizations and companies. He also has experience as a board director for non-profits and have served in an advisory role for publicly traded companies as well.

Caleb Sima, CSO | CEO, Founder, Robinhood

With over 25 years of experience in cybersecurity, Caleb is passionate about building and investing in innovative solutions that protect enterprises. He has co-founded and led two security startups, Bluebox and SPI Dynamics, that were acquired by Lookout and HP respectively, and served as an EIR at Andreessen Horowitz, one of the most prestigious venture capital firms in Silicon Valley. Most recently, Caleb was the Chief Security Officer at Robinhood, the leading online brokerage platform that democratizes finance for all. There, he oversaw the security strategy, operations, and IT for the company, ensuring the highest standards. He also helped Robinhood scale its security capabilities and culture as it grew from a $5.6 billion valuation to a $40 billion IPO. Additionally, he was a board member at Cobalt.io, a cloud-based security platform that connects organizations with ethical hackers, and an advisor and investor to several security startups and nonprofits. His mission is to make the web a safer and more secure place for everyone.
